Job summary

NTT Singapore invites an experienced PROJECT/PROGRAMME MANAGER to lead and direct concurrent projects and programmes for multinational clients, ensuring successful delivery from concept to implementation.

You will engage stakeholders to achieve client satisfaction, manage risks and changes, and provide pre-sales support to scope and cost proposals, acting as the single point of contact for the client throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced demonstrated project/programme management experience in multinational Professional Services.
• Advanced client engagement experience.
• Advanced understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Advanced demonstrated competency in project/programme change management.
• Advanced proven experience managing expectations balancing business and financial constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects and in the case of programme management, ensure the management of multiple related projects directed towards a common objective
• Engages with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation
• Ensures client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client
• Documentation and management of risks and issues
• Provides pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project or programme solution which includes the completion of a proposal. This may include Client presentations of our delivery approach as part of a tender process
• Coordinates activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
