Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to oversee small-scale infrastructure and network projects. You will coordinate with clients and technical teams to meet project objectives and ensure timely delivery.

Experience as a Project Coordinator or Service Delivery Manager is welcome, and PMP/PRINCE2 credentials are a plus. A relevant IT/Engineering degree is preferred. This role is based in Singapore and offers collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Service Delivery Manager.
• Knowledge of infrastructure or network systems and technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute small-scale infrastructure or network projects.
• Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and keep projects on track.
• Coordinate resource allocation and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
• Identify and address project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in managing post-implementation support and project handovers.
