Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational and business enhancement initiatives within budgets and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery through process optimisation and technology-enabled solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to coordinate project activities, manage risks, and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Establish project governance, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on progress, outcomes, and value delivered to the organisation.
