Qualifications

• 5-7 years in client management or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cash/trade products.
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project.
• PM certification (PMP/Prince2) is a plus.
• Language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese or Japanese are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex, time-sensitive client implementations/projects (cash management and trade products).
• Oversee a portfolio of 10-20 projects, ensuring high quality and professionalism.
• Ensure timely delivery and total client satisfaction, aligning objectives with client needs.
• Advise clients on project structure and tailor solutions to requirements.
• Act as primary client interface and coordinate all project activities.
• Support Sales by participating in deal teams and client pitches.
• Comply with audit, regulatory and compliance directives.
• Effectively manage issues and escalations through proper channels.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and control.
