You will coordinate with internal teams, prepare claims analyses for major clients, deliver trainings for brokers, and proactively identify process improvements to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Executing a Client Management role across key accounts and engagement.
• Engagement and profitable retention; uphold optimum service.
• Maximize internal processes and communication effectiveness.
• Main contact to intermediaries and large clients for defined book.
• Build strong relationships with intermediaries and clients.
• Proactively manage and negotiate renewal retention of defined book.
• Support intermediaries and clients by answering queries and resolving issues.
• Lead English-language employee communication meetings as required by intermediaries and clients.
• Prepare customized claims analytical reports for large experience-rated clients.
• Organize process trainings for key brokers as needed.
• Identify areas of process improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
