Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in client servicing, insurance, or related fields is desirable.
• Proactive problem solving and service recovery skills.
• Ability to generate reports and present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the main contact for inquiries from clients, insurers, and brokers.
• Drive high client retention through proactive relationship management and service delivery.
• Attend and support client meetings and prepare SLA reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure timely service recovery.
• Support onboarding of new clients and identify upsell/referral opportunities.
• Prepare client documentation including quotations, service agreements, and renewal packages.
