Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Experience in Customer Support or Call Centre preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing strategic and operational support throughout the end-to-end logistics journey.
• Build trusted client relationships by understanding business needs and ensuring high service delivery standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee the full 3PL journey including inbound, inventory, outbound, billing, and documentation accuracy.
• Prepare and manage import/export documents and liaise with freight forwarders for smooth shipment movement.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and system integrity, including expiry date tracking and serial number management.
• Analyse performance and feedback to identify improvements and drive continuous enhancements.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company dashboard.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to translate operational challenges into system improvements.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, coordinating corrective actions to safeguard service levels.
• Generate operational reports and insights to support decision-making and customer success.
