Job summary

Cognizant Singapore is seeking a senior CRM sales lead to drive new business and manage existing client growth. You will own the RFP process, coordinate bid defenses, and align stakeholders to deliver profitable deals.

The role requires extensive client engagement, strategic account planning, and hands-on use of CRM tools to track progress, revenue, and customer satisfaction across APAC and globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales with global exposure, preferably in an MNC.
• Experience selling IT/adjacent services to financial clients is a must.
• Ability to lead onsite and offshore teams and engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP pursuit from initiation to deal closure.
• Update Winzone, UPLF and Quip; coordinate with local SLT, consultants and offshore teams.
• Drive revenue growth, TC V and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Own the sales cycle and drive bid defense cadence with the team.
• Develop account plans and ensure accurate CRM updates for all activities.
