Job summary

Recruit Express Group is seeking a business development professional to identify and secure new clients and partnerships in Singapore.

The role focuses on building strategic relationships, pursuing recovery opportunities, and leading commercial negotiations to close contracts. You will also prepare proposals and presentations, manage quotas, and contribute to digital business growth with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of business development or key account management.
• Exposure to lifts, elevators and escalators industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships to generate sales opportunities.
• Identify recovery opportunities and develop strategies.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and business presentations, and lead commercial negotiations to secure contracts.
• Ensure successful implementation of solutions and high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets, conversion goals, recovery objectives and digital business growth metrics.
