Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Senior Client Officer (CO) to drive client growth and value across a portfolio of major clients. You will act as the Voice of the Client, aligning Ipsos capabilities with client priorities and delivering strategic insights to influence business decisions.

The role requires leading client strategy, revenue management, and governance activities while collaborating with Service Lines to maximize outcomes. International exposure and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong client relationship management experience.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and senior executives.
• Proven business development and revenue generation track record.
• People management experience.
• Experience outside traditional market research (e.g., consulting or client-side roles) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the client's industry, business context, growth priorities, and strategic challenges.
• Own and deliver revenue targets across the client portfolio.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Ensure the right resources and expertise are allocated to client projects and monitor service quality.
• Manage opportunity pipelines and maintain CRM information.
