Job summary

Ipsos Singapore is hiring a Head of Strategy3 to lead the Strategy3 practice in Singapore, shaping its strategic direction, growth, and client partnerships. You will work with APAC leadership to deliver objectives and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

The role combines commercial leadership, client relationship management, thought leadership and team development. You will recruit and mentor talent, drive revenue growth, and stay ahead of market trends to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership-level experience in branding, marketing, management consulting and brand management.
• Extensive leadership experience in strategy consulting, brand consulting, innovation or related fields.
• Proven ability to drive business growth, manage commercial performance and win new business.
• Strong track record of building trusted relationships with senior client and C-suite stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with experience managing revenue, budgets and/or P&L.
• Passionate people leader with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing and inclusive teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for Strategy3 Singapore.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability, with accountability for business performance and P&L management.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through client development, proposals, pitches and commercial negotiations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Build long-term client partnerships and expand relationships across Ipsos and Strategy3 service offerings.
• Lead strategic engagements that deliver measurable business impact for clients.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing consulting team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, innovation and continuous learning.
• Recruit, coach and retain top talent while supporting career development and succession planning.
• Shape and elevate the Strategy3 proposition within Singapore and the wider APAC region.
• Contribute to thought leadership, market visibility and the development of new consulting offers.
• Stay informed on market, consumer and industry trends to ensure the team remains at the forefront of strategic consulting.
• Partner closely with other Ipsos Service Lines and regional leadership teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to the broader Strategy3 global agenda, sharing expertise and best practices across markets.
