Frazer Jones is exclusively retained to appoint a transformative Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in Singapore for a renowned Tech/Fintech scale-up. The role reports to the CEO and partners with the Board to shape people strategy that scales the business while preserving entrepreneurial culture.

The CHRO will lead HR transformation, workforce analytics and capability-building, strengthening the executive leadership pipeline and driving performance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in high-growth, dynamic environments.
• Proven track record partnering with CEOs and Boards.
• Led large-scale transformation initiatives across organisations.
• Commercially minded with strategic vision and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking human capital strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Drive organisational capability, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning and value-driven growth.
• Strengthen executive leadership pipeline, succession planning and leadership development.
