Job summary

Frazer Jones partners exclusively with a highly regarded global fintech group to appoint a Global HR Services Director based in Singapore. This role will lead an experienced HR Operations/HR Services team located across multiple regions during a major global transformation.

The successful candidate will review and optimise global HR processes, oversee the HR technology stack, and lead all major HR ops & people transformation initiatives, including people-related M&A activity.

Qualifications

• Accomplished global/regional HR Services Director or Head-of-level leader.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Experience in Tech & Fintech ecosystem preferred, with exposure to multiple international markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations/HR Services across regions and oversee global HRS transformation initiatives.
• Review and optimise global HR processes and services; oversee HR technology stack.
• Drive major HR ops & people transformation initiatives, including M&A activity.
• Balance strategic priorities with hands-on, pragmatic leadership and change management.
