Job summary

Chan Brothers Travel Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Solution Specialist to drive the design, delivery and governance of enterprise AI solutions across the organization. You will translate business goals into practical AI blueprints, work with vendors and internal teams, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure and value-driven.

You will lead end-to-end AI projects, evaluate multiple approaches, manage risks and drive responsible AI adoption while staying current on AI technologies and industry best

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/AI or related field.
• 3–5 years of AI implementation or delivery experience.
• Experience delivering at least two AI projects in production or scale.]
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, ML, RAG or AI automation.
• Strong governance, data privacy, security and cloud integration understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solution blueprints from business requirements.
• Evaluate AI approaches, tools, models and technologies for fit.
• Manage end-to-end AI lifecycle: gather requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and support.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; review architecture and deliverables.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure and fit-for-purpose.
• Support governance, risk management and responsible AI practices.
