Responsibilities

• Partner with global and regional leaders to identify AI opportunities across commerce, stores, customer service, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Lead AI initiatives from discovery through solution design, implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Design solutions integrating enterprise data, apps, AI models, and user workflows with architecture and engineering teams.
• Guide use of generative AI, AI agents, predictive models, and automation.
• Establish standards for solution quality, evaluation, monitoring, security, privacy, and responsible AI with governance teams.
• Manage delivery partners and vendors, including assessments, plans, performance and costs.
• Coordinate across time zones and cultures to align global capabilities with local needs.
• Define success measures, track adoption and business outcomes, share progress with executives.

The AI Solutions Senior Manager will lead the design and delivery of AI solutions across our global retail business. Based in Singapore, this role will work with business, technology, data, and security teams across regions to turn high-value opportunities into solutions that improve customer experience, employee productivity, and operational performance.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on knowledge of AI with strong delivery leadership. They will help teams choose the right approach, move solutions from pilot to production, and measure whether those solutions deliver meaningful results.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global and regional leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities across commerce, stores, customer service, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Lead AI initiatives from discovery and business case through solution design, implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Design solutions that bring together enterprise data, applications, AI models, and user workflows, working closely with architecture and engineering teams.
• Guide the use of generative AI, AI agents, predictive models, and automation where each is appropriate for the business need.
• Establish practical standards for solution quality, evaluation, monitoring, security, privacy, and responsible AI in partnership with the relevant governance teams.
• Manage delivery partners and technology vendors, including solution assessments, implementation plans, performance, and costs.
• Work across regional time zones and business cultures to align global capabilities with local market needs.
• Define success measures for each initiative, track adoption and business outcomes, and share progress with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and coach team members while building AI delivery skills across the broader organization.

Qualifications and experience

• Significant experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, including several years leading AI, data, or advanced automation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success taking AI solutions beyond proof of concept into reliable production use.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, data platforms, APIs, cloud services, and the practices needed to operate AI solutions at scale.
• Experience integrating new capabilities with existing enterprise systems and business processes.
• Strong judgment in assessing value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and total cost of ownership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical choices and business outcomes to senior leaders.
• Experience in retail, consumer brands, or another customer-facing global business is preferred.
