BIZLINK CENTRE SINGAPORE LTD is seeking a capable professional to drive business development, tendering and contract management for its facilities management operations. You will coordinate projects, monitor service delivery, and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting disability employment initiatives.

The role requires organizing quotations, costings and tender submissions, with emphasis on timely follow-ups, compliance and cross-functional collaboration with the ground team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Project Management, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, contract management, tendering, project coordination or service operations.
• Experience in preparing quotations, costings, tender submissions or contract documentation.
• Good customer engagement, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and follow through independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Commitment to supporting the employment and development of persons with disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Identify business opportunities, prepare quotations and costings, coordinate site assessments, and manage tender submissions and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer relationships, manage contract renewals, monitor contract requirements and ensure timely follow up on customer matters.
• Plan and coordinate cleaning projects, periodic cleaning schedules, manpower requirements, resources and service delivery with the Cleaning Supervisor and ground team.
• Monitor contract revenue, costs and margins, and oversee relevant quotations, invoices, timesheets, records and management reports.
• Monitor service standards, customer feedback, workplace safety and operational issues, ensuring corrective actions and follow up are completed.
• Support the employment, training and development of persons with disabilities through suitable work opportunities and workplace support.
