Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business in Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services in Singapore. You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and contract award, while building strong relationships with clients, managing agents and business owners.

The role offers a salary of SGD 3,500–4,500 plus commissions. Candidates should have relevant sales experience and excellent communication, negotiation

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in Security, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Property Management, or Manpower Outsourcing will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with MCSTs, managing agents, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or corporate clients will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, managing agents, property managers, and business owners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts and assist with tender submissions.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR teams on service implementation and manpower requirements.
• Follow up on enquiries, contract renewals, and outstanding payments.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
