Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an energetic sales professional to drive opportunities across Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation and contract closing, reporting to the leadership team. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and a base salary of 3,500–4,500 SGD plus commissions. The role rewards relationship building with clients, property managers and business owners,

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills are required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with MCSTs, managing agents, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or corporate clients will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, managing agents, property managers, and business owners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts and assist with tender submissions.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR teams on service implementation and manpower requirements.
• Follow up on enquiries, contract renewals, and outstanding payments.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 + Commission / Sales Incentives
