RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven sales professional in Singapore to build client relationships, prospect new business, and close deals across Security, Cleaning, and Facilities Management services.

The role offers a monthly base salary with commission potential, located at Kaki Bukit (East). You will manage the full sales cycle, prepare quotations and tender submissions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery while aiming to achieve aggressive sales

Qualifications

Relevant sales experience preferred.
Experience in Security, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Property Management, or related industries is advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for Security, Cleaning, and Facilities Management services.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up on enquiries, renewals, and account-related matters.
Achieve sales targets and maintain sales records.
