Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to develop new business opportunities across Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation and contract award, building strong relationships with clients, managing agents, property managers and business owners.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Relevant sales experience is preferred.
Experience in Security, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Property Management, or Manpower Outsourcing will be an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with MCSTs, managing agents, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or corporate clients will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and contract award.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, managing agents, property managers, and business owners.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts and assist with tender submissions.
Coordinate with Operations and HR teams on service implementation and manpower requirements.
Follow up on enquiries, contract renewals, and outstanding payments.
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
