Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales professional in Singapore to generate new business across Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires good communication and negotiation skills, independence, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with MCSTs or corporate clients is a plus. Salary is SGD 3,500–4,500 plus commission.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in Security, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Property Management, or Manpower Outsourcing will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with MCSTs, managing agents, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or corporate clients will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, managing agents, property managers, and business owners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts and assist with tender submissions.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR teams on service implementation and manpower requirements.
• Follow up on enquiries, contract renewals, and outstanding payments.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
