CLPS Global in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join a Treasury & Markets scrum team. You will elicit and validate business requirements, facilitate workshops with Front Office, support units, UX/UI, and technology, and ensure traceability across UAT and sprints.

You will possess strong business and technical knowledge across multi-asset classes and act as a bridge between users and IT, coordinating with agile teams to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science/IT.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong business and technical domain knowledge.
• Experience with Agile delivery is a plus.
• Organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Wealth users is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate requirements workshops with Front Office, supporting units, UX/UI Designers, and Technology to elicit and validate business requirements.
• Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints and ensure traceability of all requirements.
• Analyze and define interfaces between applications using REST API and Kafka.
• Act as a bridge between users and technology with strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Respond promptly to issues and recommend sound solutions.
