Job summary

IDC Technologies Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join a scrum team delivering Treasury & Markets projects. You will facilitate workshops with Front Office, users, UX/UI, and Technology to elicit requirements, and drive UAT/Sprint issues with traceability.

You will bridge business needs with technology and support multi-asset class product knowledge. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of BA experience, with Agile delivery and Jira/Confluence familiarity

Qualifications

Education – Bachelor's or higher, preferably in business or CS/IT.
6–8 years as a Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge.
Experience working with Wealth users is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and project independence.

Responsibilities

Part of a scrum team handling Treasury & Markets Projects/Enhancements.
Facilitate workshops with Front Office, users, UX/UI, and Technology to elicit requirements.
Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints with traceability.
Bridge users and technology with strong business/technical knowledge.
Analyze interfaces using REST API, Kafka; engage SMEs in delivery.
Respond to issues promptly with sound, well-considered solutions.
