Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a capable Global Markets/Treasury analyst to support senior leaders and deliver strategic imperatives across FX, derivatives, securities, and digital assets. You will apply SDLC and Agile/SCRUM methods to drive projects from requirements to go-live.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, familiarity with Murex, JIRA and Confluence, and a degree in Business, Finance, IT or related fields.

Qualifications

• University or Post Graduate degree, preferably in the field of Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience in Global Markets and Treasury; knowledge of FX, derivatives, digital assets a plus.
• Ability to elicit requirements and write functional specs.
• Hands-on experience in financial markets, treasury, wealth management or related domains.
• Strong team player with ownership and ability to deliver independently.
• Murex experience is an added advantage.
• Experience with electronic FX pricing and execution, derivatives pricing, digital asset, crypto is favorable.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Robust stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with all levels to deliver strategic imperatives and meet business objectives across senior leadership.
• Contribute to Global Markets projects covering FX, FX derivatives, securities, structured products, digital assets and crypto.
• Perform requirement analysis, functional specs, user stories, testing and go-live in SDLC and Agile/SCRUM delivery.
• Define scope with cost and benefit analyses for key initiatives.
• Stay updated on financial markets and technology trends to identify opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology users.
