Job summary

UNIZEN TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join a scrum team focused on Treasury & Markets initiatives.

You will facilitate workshops with Front Office, UX/UI, and technology to crystallize business requirements and ensure traceability throughout UAT and sprints. The role requires strong business and technical SMEs, with experience in Agile delivery and familiarity with wealth management workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in business or CS/IT.
5+ years as a Business Analyst.
Experience in Agile delivery advantageous.
Experience with Wealth users is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Participate in scrum teams handling Treasury & Markets projects/enhancements.
Facilitate requirements workshops with Front Office, supporting unit users, UX/UI designers and technology to elicit and validate business requirements.
Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints with traceability for all requirements.
Possess strong business and technical subject matter knowledge.
Understand multi-asset class products (e.g., Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, FX, IR swaps).
Analyze and define interface structures between applications using REST API and Kafka.
Leverage SMEs in T&O for delivery of structured solutions and act as a bridge between users and technology.
