IoTalents Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support Treasury & Markets projects within an Agile/Scrum team. You will facilitate workshops with Front Office, Support Units, UX/UI Designers, and Technology teams to elicit, clarify, and validate requirements.

You will translate business needs into functional specs for tech teams, act as the bridge between business users and delivery teams, and lead issue resolution during UAT and sprints while ensuring traceability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, CS, IT, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Strong business and technical knowledge to translate complex requirements.
• Knowledge of multi-asset financial products (Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives, FX, IRS).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Join an Agile/Scrum team supporting Treasury & Markets projects and enhancements.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with Front Office, Support Units, UX/UI Designers, and Technology teams to elicit, clarify, and validate business requirements.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for technology teams.
• Act as the bridge between business users and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead and manage issues identified during UAT and Sprint cycles with traceability.
• Define application interface requirements using REST APIs and Kafka.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across Technology & Operations to develop practical solutions.
• Address issues with strong business and technical knowledge and feasible solutions.
• Work with team members across functions and maintain strong working relationships.
