Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Requirements Analyst to gather and define detailed functional specifications from business requirements. You will design RBAC frameworks and translate requirements into test scenarios, with a focus on risk management and scope control.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge of financial services policies and industry practices. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time, and the position is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and elicitating requirements from business documents.
• Ability to design RBAC frameworks and define access controls.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Perform impact assessments and estimate scope changes.
• Manage risks and scope creep in projects.
• Create test scenarios from requirements and participate in testing.
• Provide train-the-trainer support for application enhancements.
• Maintain a knowledge base of features and processes.
• Classify test findings as defects or change requests.
• Support project change requests with impact analysis.
• Knowledge of financial services policies and practices.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation
• Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based onthe business requirements document
• Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks to ensure usersreceive appropriate access based on their responsibilities and organizationalhierarchy
• Analyse and document the “to-be” business and operation processes based on theagreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment andestimation
• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope-creep
• Team Collaboration
• Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure aclear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.
• Facilitate / provide “Train-the-Trainer” on application enhancements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features andprocesses (subject matter expertise)
• Testing & Scope Management
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findingsaccordingly (either as a defect or change request)
• Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request
• Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products andindustry practices.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles
