Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented business analyst to translate business requirements into functional specifications. You will perform requirements analysis and elicitation, design RBAC frameworks, and document to-be processes based on function points.

You will collaborate with design teams, manage risks, and assist in translating requirements into test scenarios. Strong communication and knowledge of project life cycles in financial services are valued.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis & elicitation.
• Identify and define detailed functional specifications from business requirements.
• Design RBAC frameworks to ensure proper access by role and hierarchy.
• Analyse and document the as-is/to-be processes based on requirements and function points.
• Perform impact assessment and estimation; monitor risks/scope creep.
• Foster team collaboration; transition requirements to designers for clarity.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios.
• Provide Train-the-Trainer support on application enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base on features and processes.
• Testing & scope management; clarify findings from Test Manager and classify defects or change requests.
• Perform impact assessment for Project Change Requests.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; knowledge of SDLC.
