Job summary

Evolution Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with business units and stakeholders, eliciting and documenting requirements across complex banking projects. You will lead discovery, translate needs into clear specifications, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and a solid track record in Agile delivery, with the ability to drive alignment and manage scope

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Functional BA in banking/financial services.
• Proven experience across full project delivery cycles from discovery to implementation.
• Strong requirements gathering, impact assessment, process design and functional specs.
• Ability to research documentation, processes, and systems to identify capabilities.
• Experience interviewing stakeholders to uncover requirements and constraints.
• Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycle, change management, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Lead business discovery to understand needs, gaps, and future-state requirements.
• Translate needs into functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Coordinate across business, design, technology, operations, and testing teams.
• Advise stakeholders on options, risks, and dependencies.
• Review test plans and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide functional clarification and drive alignment on scope and outcomes.
