Qualifications

• Experience in requirements analysis and elicitation.
• Ability to define detailed functional specifications from business requirements.
• Knowledge of RBAC design and access control principles.
• Experience documenting to-be business processes and impact assessment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of development life cycles in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation
• Identify and define detailed functional specifications from business requirements document
• Design and maintain RBAC frameworks to ensure users have appropriate access
• Analyse and document to-be business/operational processes and perform impact estimation
• Monitor and manage risks/issues related to requirements and scope creep
• Team collaboration and transitioning requirements to designers
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios
• Provide Train-the-Trainer on application enhancements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes
• Testing & Scope Management
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify as defect or change request
• Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Requests
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial services policies, procedures, products and practices
• Exhibit strong negotiation skills
• Be a good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
• Show strong working knowledge of applications and development life cycles
