Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for our Local MNC client in Singapore. You will elicit, review and validate requirements with business unit specialists and convert them into detailed functional and non-functional specs.

Responsibilities include impact analyses, handling risks and scope changes, ensuring traceability to requirements, and supporting SIT/UAT with strong Excel and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficient in data management and financial systems.
• Knowledgeable in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Experienced in change management and project management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validate business requirements
• Perform impact assessments and analyze the "to-be" business and operational processes based on agreed requirements
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives
• Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep
• Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests
• Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness
• Maintain traceability of functional specification to business requirements
• Review test plan and functional test scope prepared by testing team
• Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritization, tracking and resolution
