Job summary

CBRE Singapore is seeking an Assistant Bid Manager to support the Bid Manager, Sales Director and sales teams across the full opportunity lifecycle, from opportunity identification through RFI and RFP submission, delivering high‑quality proposals.

You will coordinate bid responses, write compelling executive summaries, manage timelines, and collaborate with BDMs, BUSCs and internal stakeholders to win opportunities while maintaining rigorous process and content standards.

Qualifications

• Strong bid writing and editing skills are essential.
• Past bid writing and management experience in a sales environment is desirable.
• An ideal candidate is energetic, proactive and able to prioritise demands and work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bid Manager to embed and improve process and knowledge across the Country/Division.
• Write bespoke bid responses and develop win themes aligned to client needs.
• Ensure final documents are of the highest quality through design, editing and proofreading.
