Job summary

WSP in Asia is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead bid and proposal activities across the business line. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and shape winning strategies from prospect management through submission.

The role requires strong governance, pricing insight, and data-driven management of the bid pipeline, with a focus on improving win rates and ensuring data integrity in core systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management, proposals, or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full proposal lifecycle from prospect management to submission.
• Governance and compliance, signoffs and governance calls when required.
• Develop pricing strategies and value propositions with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor bid pipeline, win/loss metrics, and KPIs for business units.
• Ensure data quality in core systems like Oracle Sales and maintain opportunity data.
