Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Bid Manager to support the Bid Manager and sales teams across the full opportunity lifecycle, from initial identification to RFI/RFP submission.

You will coordinate bid activities, write and edit responses, develop win themes, and ensure high-quality proposals delivered on time. Strong writing, organisational and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bid management or sales experience.
• Experience writing and managing proposals.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating within teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support bid process from initiation to submission with the BU/BDM.
• Prepare high-quality RFI questionnaires and responses.
• Coordinate and manage supply chain inputs for pricing and content.
• Develop win themes aligned to client needs and tailor executive summaries.
• Write bespoke bid responses and edit for quality and differentiation.
• Ensure final documents are edited, proofread and well formatted.
