Job summary

Lockton is seeking a Benefits Consulting, Analytics & Innovation Lead to anchor the People Solutions team in Singapore. You will drive growth, client excellence and innovation across employee benefits consulting, analytics and technology solutions.

You will build and lead the Consulting, Analytics & Innovation team, deliver against targets, grow the book of business, and provide strategic benefits advice while partnering with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in employee benefits consulting, insurance, or rewards strategy.
Strong expertise across health, retirement, wellness, and flexible benefits.
Proven benchmarking, analytics, and benefits design/redesign track record.
Ability to translate complex data into strategic, commercially relevant recommendations.
Demonstrated leadership in client management, new business, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead employee benefits benchmarking and analytics projects against market benchmarks.
Analyze benefits, claims, utilization and workforce data for trends and cost drivers.
Develop strategic insights to improve benefit competitiveness and cost sustainability.
Lead benefits redesign initiatives and evaluate flexible benefit solutions.
Assess financial and operational impact of benefit changes for senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients to align benefits with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
Develop reports and dashboards translating data into actionable insights.
Drive continuous improvement in benchmarking, analytics and consulting methodologies.
