The role focuses on governance, cost optimization, compliance, and scalable benefits programs, serving as the central point between global teams, local HR, and external partners; no direct reports initially and growth potential in analytics or program support as the function scales.

Qualifications

• Experience managing global or multi-country benefits programs across regions.
• Background working with global brokers or consulting firms (Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson).
• Experience in global technology or high-growth multinational environments.
• Familiarity with global benefits platforms and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated experience supporting strategic planning, renewals, or large-scale benefits changes across regions.
• Excellent organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and identify systemic approaches to solve problems.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; expert knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern international and enterprise employee benefits programs across multiple regions in alignment with company strategy.
• Leverage existing data sources and tools to analyze cost, trends, and risks; partner with analytics or finance teams for modeling.
• Partner with the VP Compensation & Benefits to maintain global benefits principles, standards, and guardrails.
• Lead and coordinate global benefits planning cycle, renewals management and ensure changes are reviewed and approved.
• Prepare benefits planning business cases, cost analyses, and executive-ready materials for strategy decisions.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for global benefits vendor partnerships with benchmarking and renewal activities.
• Translate strategic planning decisions into executable guidance, timelines, and regional implementation.
• Support M&A activities; due diligence, data, and integration support.
• Perform other related duties to support global benefits objectives.
