Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial interior, renovation, and fit-out sectors.
• Build a strong pipeline via cold outreach, client visits, and industry connections.
• Understand client needs, project scope, and budget, and prepare proposals and pricing with internal teams.
• Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures while maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
• Keep track of sales progress, update pipeline reports, and share market insights.
