Job summary

KINGSFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD seeks a senior BD professional to expand our interior fit-out and design-build footprint across Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia. You will develop regional business plans, secure new projects, manage key accounts, and work with design and project teams to convert opportunities into deliveries.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B project sales in interior fit-out or construction, strong negotiation skills, a robust network in retail/F&B/commercial

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B project sales / BD experience in interior fit-out, design & build, or construction.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
• Robust network within retail, F&B, or commercial fit-out sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business development plans.
• Build and expand industry networks to generate new opportunities.
• Handle client presentations, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
• Secure projects with good pricing, payment terms, and margins.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
