Job summary

Id.Inc Interiors Pte Ltd is seeking a self-driven sales professional in Singapore to drive corporate client acquisition for commercial office interiors. The role emphasizes securing projects via public and private tenders and leveraging existing client databases to grow the business.

Candidate should possess at least 3 years of sales experience in the Singapore build environment, familiarity with GE Biz tenders, and a proactive attitude to reach targets while building lasting client

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Singapore in the commercial offices interior design field.
• Experience in reviewing and shortlisting Public Tenders via GE Biz is preferred.
• Must have own database of prospects/clients to develop sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and Organise Sales & Marketing events
• Prepare strategic plans to identify and secure corporate clients
• Expand corporate clientele through new client acquisition
• Close monitoring of potential projects via public/private tenders
• Achieve sales targets by securing projects
• Maintain clientele relationships
• Collate and evaluate client feedback for management follow-up
