Job summary

KAPA is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with a background in architecture, interior architecture, or interior design to grow private residential projects in Singapore. You will drive lead generation, meet clients, and coordinate with design and project teams to tailor proposals and close deals.

Bring 2+ years in business development or design sales, strong communication, and the ability to understand design briefs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design.
• At least two years of relevant experience in business development or design sales.
• Familiarity with residential architecture and interior design concepts.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or SketchUp and MS Office.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to attend site visits and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for private residential projects.
• Generate leads and develop new client accounts within the private residential market.
• Build relationships with homeowners, agents, developers, and architects.
• Meet clients to understand lifestyle, design preferences, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotes.
• Manage sales process from enquiry to proposal submission and contract award.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and chase enquiries and leads.
