Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, business development, or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with food distribution or FMCG industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing key customers and act as main contact for enquiries, orders, and service matters.
• Handle customer orders from placement to delivery, coordinating with warehouse and logistics.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve order discrepancies, and liaise with internal teams to minimise disruptions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, promote products, prepare quotations, and assist in closing sales.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth daily operations and monitor payments.
• Prepare sales reports and tender submissions, ensure samples are prepared and delivered on time.
