Qualifications

• Solid experience in engineering/manufacturing, with capital equipment exposure.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability with KPI and escalation oversight.
• Comfort operating near ownership with maturity to represent the Chairman's office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Group Chairman's key representative for day-to-day follow-up on priorities, decisions and execution.
• Lead cross-functional reviews across Manufacturing, Sales & Service, and Quality/DCC, ensuring action items are tracked and closed on time.
• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve on-time delivery, cost efficiency and productivity.
• Drive sales and after-sales service performance to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure robust document control and quality governance for compliance, audit-readiness and product quality.
• Set, monitor and drive KPIs for delivery, quality, cost, productivity and customer satisfaction; escalate risks early.
• Own customer issue escalation and ensure timely resolution of quality and service concerns.
• Strengthen governance and discipline across planning, reporting, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and overseas HQ to remove bottlenecks and align resources.
