Job summary

SMART-CORE CLOUD PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior executive to develop and execute a 3-5-year overseas business strategy for semiconductor distribution, defining market-entry plans and building distributor networks, including localized warehousing and logistics.

You will lead partnerships with upstream manufacturers, pursue Design-in opportunities with OEMs/ODMs, and manage regional teams in sales, FAE, and supply chain while optimizing inventory turnover and cross-border trade risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, International Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor distribution or franchised distribution; regional operations experience across APAC/EMEA/NA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3-5-year overseas business strategy, including market-entry plans and distributor network development.
• Lead overseas partnership negotiations with upstream semiconductor manufacturers to secure regional distribution rights.
• Establish strategic partnerships with downstream customers (OEMs, ODMs, solution providers) to drive Design-in projects.
• Build and manage localized teams across sales, FAE, and supply chain with regional performance metrics.
• Optimize inventory turnover and cash flow while managing cross-border trade risks and regulatory compliance.
• Drive digital tooling adoption (online trading platforms, inventory management) across regional markets.
• Cultivate relationships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and trade show organizers to strengthen brand presence.
• Identify potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to consolidate regional resources.
