Job summary

WORLD METAL RECOVERY PTE. LTD. seeks a senior sales leader with extensive government accounts experience to drive business development in IoT and smart building solutions. You will qualify leads, craft proposals, and coordinate with delivery teams to secure multi-year contracts.

You will mentor a team of business development representatives, develop outbound campaigns, and build deep client relationships across government stakeholders to enable growth and sustainable partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology/CS or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of relevant sales experience in hunting and managing government/public accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
• Qualify and assess leads, understand goals and platform requirements.
• Liaise with client and delivery teams to align on scope of work.
• Mentor and lead business development reps; support pitches.
• Research content for case studies, website, webinars and white papers.
• Respond to tenders and lead pursuit strategy.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships for mutual growth.
