Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2 years experience in application support and implementation with proven skills in problem-solving and ticket management using IT service management tools.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and holds an A; Experience managing external vendor escalation and performance preferred.
• Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with both technical teams and end users.
• Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, a positive attitude.
• Innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Good knowledge of application design principles, design patterns, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current system processes and design functional requirements.
• Develop work schedules to ensure applications operate within set timelines.
• Provide system training and first-level application support to users.
• System monitoring and reporting to improve availability and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues through root cause analysis.
• Track problem statuses and update users on incident progress.
• Maintain technical procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents promptly.
• Create and maintain system and operational documentation, including Knowledge Based Articles for the Level 1 Help Desk.
