Job summary

DENZAI HUATIONG PTE LTD is seeking a capable IT Analyst to analyze current system processes, design functional requirements, and develop work schedules to ensure applications operate on time. You will provide system training and first-level support to users, while monitoring performance for improvements.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will diagnose and troubleshoot issues, maintain technical procedures and documentation, and track incidents to resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2 Years experience in application support and implementation with proven skills in problem-solving and ticket management using IT service management tools
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and holds an A Experience managing external vendor escalation and performance preferred.
• Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with both technical teams and end users
• Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, a positive attitude
• Innovative approach to problem-solving
• Good knowledge of application design principles, design patterns, and software development life cycles (SDLC).
