Job summary

GEN INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Systems Analyst to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, coordinate with stakeholders, translate requirements, and ensure system readiness.

You will develop specifications, test procedures, document processes, monitor system health, and implement upgrades to meet business needs. 2–4 years’ IT experience required, with strong analytical, hardware, and software skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology relevant course, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years’ experience working with information technologies and systems.
Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
Strong understanding of database maintenance and administration.
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.

Responsibilities

Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications and related infrastructure.
Meet and coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and requirements.
Develop and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers.
Translate technical specs into clear non-technical requirements.
Manage system set-up, configuration, and testing procedures.
