Job summary

COGENT HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst to translate business needs into effective applications and coordinate with in-house developers, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project scope, budget and schedule.

You will document requirements, analyze feasibility, support users, and maintain system documentation with a focus on collaboration and delivery.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in IT or related field.
4+ years in business application development and analysis.
Understanding of SDLC.
Experience in design, development, integration and testing.
Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Analytical and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and coordinate with vendors/clients.
Liaison with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

Assist in project management and coordinate with in-house developers, vendors, customers and stakeholders to meet scope, budget and schedule with proper project plan.
Translate business requirements to applications.
Analyze user requirements, feasibility, cost and resources, and propose solutions.
Maintain application change requests.
Provide application support including user training, server maintenance and data analysis.
Create and keep system documentation up to date.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal users in development/support of new systems.
