Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on AP Manager to lead the accounts payable function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will own the end-to-end AP cycle, supervise a small in-house team and coordinate with an outsourced vendor. You will oversee invoice processing, WHT submissions, royalty and commission calculations, vendor creation in Navision, and month-end close with timely reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle – invoice processing and approvals.
• Oversee WHT submissions and agent commissions/royalties.
• Supervise AP executive and PO users on Navision.
• Own outsourced vendor performance and feedback.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and monitor funds.
• Drive timely month-end and year-end AP subledger close.
• Support forecasting and budgeting for direct costs and expenses.
