Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to lead our client's accounts payable function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will own the end-to-end AP cycle, manage a small in-house team plus an outsourced vendor, and ensure timely month-end close. You will supervise an AP executive and Navision users, drive cash flow projections, and partner with departments to resolve AP queries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AP management in a high-volume environment.
• Experience leading a small AP team and coordinating with an outsourced vendor.
• Proficiency with Navision or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage full AP cycle: invoices, WHT, commissions, royalties, vendor setup.
• Supervise AP executive and PO users on Navision.
• Oversee outsourced vendor performance and set expectations.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and monitor payment obligations.
• Lead month-end and year-end AP subledger close with variance analysis.
• Support forecasting and budgeting for direct costs.
• Act as a business partner across departments to resolve AP queries.

We're looking for a hands-on AP Manager to lead our client's accounts payable function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll own the end-to-end AP cycle, manage a small in-house team plus an outsourced vendor, and keep our month-end close running on tight, calendar-driven timelines.

What you'll do

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle - invoice processing, WHT submission, agent commission and royalty compilation, vendor creation and approval in Navision
• Supervise and guide an AP executive and PO users/approvers on the Navision system
• Own outsourced vendor performance - set expectations, monitor deliverables, give feedback
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and monitor fund availability against payment obligations
• Drive timely, accurate month-end and year-end AP subledger close, including expense variance analysis, audit schedules, and reporting inputs for management and the board
• Support forecasting and budgeting for direct costs and expenses
• Act as a business partner across departments, resolving operational AP queries
